This is another one of Blake Schwarzenbach’s bands. Jets to Brazil is an indie-rock band from Brooklyn, formed in 1997. The other members include Jeremy Chatelain, Chris Daly, Brian Maryansky, and Matt Torrey.
This CD is their first album titled Orange Rhyming Dictionary. This album was released on October 27th, 1998. It has 11 songs with a runtime of almost 53 minutes.
MY OPINION
This is their most popular album and definitely my favorite. I fell in love with this album a long time ago and was super lucky to find it on CD. This was big for indie music and very influential for lots of future indie bands. My favorite songs are probably their most famous ones, Sweet Avenue and Chinatown. I highly recommend this album and band.
